Privacy Policy

AMP Automations ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AMP Deploy website and desktop application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (via Firebase Authentication). If you sign up with Google, we receive your Google account email and display name.

Purchase information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and confirmation that a payment was completed.

Usage data: We store a minimal Firestore record per user containing: email address, payment status, and an active session identifier used to enforce single-device login. We do not log your trades, strategies, API keys, or any trading activity.

2. Your TopStepX API Key

Your TopStepX ProjectX API key is entered directly in the desktop app and is stored locally on your machine only. It is never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to your TopStepX account, trading activity, or funds.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your AMP Deploy account
• To verify your license and grant access to the Software
• To enforce the one-active-session-at-a-time policy
• To respond to support requests
• To send important account or service emails (no marketing without consent)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and user database. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We never see your full card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@ampautomations.com. Note that Stripe retains transaction records independently per their own policies.

6. Security

Your password is never stored in plain text — authentication is handled entirely by Firebase. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

AMP Deploy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
